By creating an account and using SignPayGo, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
2. Permitted Use
SignPayGo is designed for collecting digital waivers, permission slips, and payments for legitimate events, camps, field trips, and activities. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the platform by, any third party.
You may not use SignPayGo to collect fraudulent payments, create fictitious events, or misrepresent the nature of any activity to participants or their guardians.
3. Participant Data and Privacy
As an organizer using SignPayGo, you collect personal information from participants and their guardians. You agree to:
- Use participant data only for the purposes related to the event they signed up for
- Not sell, share, or transfer participant data to third parties without consent
- Comply with applicable privacy laws including COPPA, FERPA, and GDPR where relevant
- Retain signed waivers and records only as long as legally required
4. Payments and Fees
SignPayGo charges a platform fee on each payment transaction. The current fee structure is displayed in your account settings. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By connecting a Stripe account, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Refunds are issued at the organizer's discretion. SignPayGo does not guarantee refunds on behalf of organizers.
5. Waiver Content
You are solely responsible for the legal accuracy and appropriateness of waiver content you create. SignPayGo provides template language as a convenience — it does not constitute legal advice. We strongly recommend having your waivers reviewed by a qualified attorney before use, particularly for activities involving physical risk.
6. Intellectual Property
SignPayGo and its content, features, and functionality are owned by SignPayGo, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create on the platform, including waiver templates and event details.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to SignPayGo but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform with or without notice.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Signed waiver records will be retained for the legally required period even after account closure.
9. Limitation of Liability
SignPayGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignPayGo, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
